Missing values mean information was not reported or a rating was not available. Confirm details with the facility and official Medicare.gov Care Compare records before making decisions.

Ratings and independence

CMS star ratings are not KELN reviews. A high rating does not guarantee a suitable care setting. KELN is independent and is not affiliated with CMS, Medicare, the University of Kansas, any listed facility, or any elder law network.
