Directory browsing
KELN is a public directory built from CMS data. You do not need an account to browse, and KELN has no contact form. Search terms and filter choices may appear in page addresses and browser history. Do not enter sensitive personal information in searches.
Technical information
The hosting service may process technical information, such as IP addresses, requested pages, and error logs, to deliver and protect the website. External font requests may also share technical connection information with the font provider. This policy does not promise that hosting providers collect no data.
If you email KELN, the message and your email address are processed by the email service used to receive it. Send only information needed to explain your question or correction. Do not send private health or financial records.
External websites
Links to CMS, Medicare.gov, maps, and other websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. KELN does not control those services.
